Cafuné is the trade name under which the owner sells specialty coffee.

2. Purpose

This website gives information about Cafuné coffees and lets you prepare orders and enquiries that are sent on WhatsApp or through a form. No payments are made on the website: every order is confirmed on WhatsApp and paid by Bizum or bank transfer. Delivery and pickup in Valencia are free; shipping to the rest of mainland Spain costs the amount shown in the cart. For now we do not ship to the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

3. Terms of use

Access to the website is free. Users agree to use it lawfully and not to enter false or third-party data in the forms.

4. Prices and product information

Retail prices include VAT. Trade prices are agreed directly with each café. We check prices, availability and technical sheets carefully, but occasional errors may occur: the valid price and availability are the ones we confirm on WhatsApp before closing each order.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to the owner or are used with their authors' permission. They may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Liability and links

The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. The owner is not responsible for their content or policies, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
